It was a great week with all the students. We were happy to be there. 🙂
Over the past two weeks, Whitney Welch has spearheaded efforts to provide two unique field trip opportunities for 5th and 6th grade students in Northwest Arkansas. Collaborating with thirteen community partners, our team successfully hosted over 1,000 students at both Osage Park and Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. These field trips featured various educational stations aligned with the students' science curriculum, offering hands-on learning experiences in a real-world setting. Very proud of these unique educational opportunities that we are able to offer through our programming. Thank you to our partners including: Beaver Water District, Illinois River Watershed Partnership, Ozark Natural Science Center, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, Watershed Conservation Resource Center, Environmental Design Group, Yoga Story, Museum of Native American History, Bella Vista Bluebird Society, Ozark Compost & Swap, Northsong Wild Bird Rehab, and The City of Bella Vista Planning Department. And thank you to Black Hills Energy for their continued sponsorship in our educational programs.
