Highfill, AR XNA Parking Garage NWA National Airport #ThrowbackThursday The project kicked off back in late 2015, and XNA entrusted the Nabholz team with the entire process, from initial designs to the actual construction of the garage. Our team, including Nabholz as the contractor, a specialized structural engineering and parking garage design firm, an architectural firm, and of course, our very own Site/Civil design firm (CEI), worked tirelessly. CEI played a pivotal role, providing expert site/civil design services throughout the project. Another milestone opening on our New Home Office campus! Little Squiggles Children's Enrichment Center will open its doors on May 6th! This state-of-the-art facility, nearly the size of two Neighborhood Markets, will provide childcare and early childhood education to our smallest Walmart family members. As the largest childcare facility in Northwest Arkansas, it not only benefits our campus associates but also contributes to the community by freeing up 15% market compacity across the region. Another great project engineered by our Sports Facility Team!
Got the final pictures of the City Of Brenham Hohlt Park ballfields where we were able as engineers to help the city convert all of the infields to synthetic turf. Turned out really nice so we’re very happy for them. Thanks also to TGS Sports too for the great work.

Project Highlight: Railyard Park | Rogers, AR CEI provided survey and civil engineering design for the renovation of downtown Rogers Railyard Park. The project consisted of approximately 4.5 acres of active and passive recreation space in the core of downtown Rogers. The design included the renovation of the Farmer’s Market building, relocation of the Frisco Stage, the addition of a food truck court, and a new splash park. The project was challenged by working around operational businesses in the downtown area, an active rail line bisecting the property, and coordination with other street and infrastructure projects under construction simultaneously with the park. The project was completed in 2021.
