Staci has been with My HR Pros for 5 years and 7 months. She is the company receptionist and interacts with all our clients and employees on one level or another. Her education and certificates range from state licensed optometrist assistant, state licensed CNA, and NRA instructor, but she claims her biggest and greatest accomplishment is having and raising all 7 kids to be amazing gentlemen and ladies. When asked what she loves most about her job, she said she has always wanted to be in HR, but prefers the office environment. She loves customer service and making everyone happy and feel like they are number 1 in that moment. She enjoys making their day better! In her free time, she loves to craft and build stuff like wreaths or taking old furniture and bringing new life to it. Her favorite snack or treat at the moment is anything hot and spicy from dips, chips, and her all time favorite is hot spicy pickles. Her favorite quote that she would like to share with everyone is “JUST BREATHE.”

🚨Department of Labor Final Rule on New Minimum Salary required for Employees Exempt from Overtime🚨 The Final Rule sets the requirements as follows: - On July 1, 2024, the standard salary level will equal $844 per week and Highly Compensated Employee (HCE) total annual compensation level will equal $132,964. - On January 1, 2025, the standard salary level will equal $1,128 per week and the HCE total annual compensation level will equal $151,164.
