Just went in as a first time patient to get an adjustment and everything was free. I also got to play the wheel game and I won a 20 piece leakproof's food storage set very happy with how kind everyone was and how much better I feel from just my first adjustment. Going home with a fancy Tupperware container set was a great bonus. Not to mention everything was free as a new patient. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Chastain and the team are clearly competent and caring. I have had a few injuries to my lower back over the years, so I am no stranger to chiropractic, massage therapy, and physical therapy. When my issues flared up recently, I reached out through the website to Arkansas Physical Health and Rehab. They called me promptly and scheduled me for a same-day appointment. I met with Dr. Chastain, and he took time to assess my current function--not just the points of pain but more holistically. After the adjustment, he sent me home with information and instructions for self-care. My pain improved substantially. It is chronic and doesn't ever go away completely, but my lower back feels better than it has in a long time, and I have my full range of motion again. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chastain is very attentive and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. It was my first time at the chiropractor in over 20 years because I wasn't sure that it actually worked. A friend recommended this business to me and they got me in quickly, were concerned about my problems and my pocketbook. He diagnosed me without X-Rays and fixed my problems! It took two treatments and the pain was totally gone. He explained everything and the manager helped me with my insurance questions. Highly recommend

Best Chiropractic experience I've known in the 36 years I've been going...kind, attentive and wise. I felt terrible when I walked in and felt great upon leaving an hour later.

I found Dr. Masters through my insurance provider network at the end of 2014. I came in with issues surrounding my neck and knees, and after taking x-rays, they decided I needed physical therapy in addition to the adjustments. I have been going since then and have had vast improvements in all areas of my overall health, because Dr. Masters and Dr. Gibson focus on a holistic approach to healing. In addition to the adjustments, they use other techniques to aid in releasing tension and stress in the body, as well as encouraging healthy diet and exercise changes to improve your life. Another plus for me in attending this clinic, is that they also have Dr. Simpson, a DO doctor. He has been helping me with a hormonal imbalance by using bio-identical hormonal therapy, which has been showing improvements in my overall health as well. He also takes a holistic approach to healing. I feel like all of these doctors really care about my well-being and would like to see me heal and maintain my health. They are a great encouraging team. The staff is also exceptional with their friendly and positive attitudes, knowledge and efficiency. I researched my options before finding Arkansas Physical Health & Rehab, and believe that it was time well spent. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Masters, Dr. Simpson and Dr. Gibson for all your health and well-being needs.
