Community banks sometimes take for granted that they ARE community banks, but many fail to understand the dynamics that reshape demographically their neighborhoods and businesses. Signature Bank of Arkansas , opened Banco Si 18 months ago with the whole purpose to serve the vibrant Hispanic community from Northwest Arkansas. Through local events they are connecting through traditions brought my immigrants like me. Yesterday, I had the pleasure to”take my picture with the 3 Wise Men” at their local branch, and so my son.
