About the Business
There was a day when the marketplace was the nerve center of the community. Bustling commerce and rich social interaction were the norm. People would come from miles around to buy and sell the freshest meats and produce. They loved to meet their friends and conduct their business in and around the markets. These were simpler and wonderful times. At MarketPlace Grill we desire to tap into those days gone by and provide you a place that can meet your social and business needs. We are committed to preparing your meals with the freshest ingredients and serving them to you by professional and well-equipped staff. We desire to give you an exceptional dining experience each and every time you eat with us. In these days of pre-fabricated foods and sub-standard service we believe you can tell the difference. Come try us and experience what thousands of others have already experienced: MarketPlace Grill is truly a fresh change of place.

Delicious food, I have to recommend the queso. Service is always wonderful. It's a really neat building, and the atmosphere is inviting.

The ribs and crunchy shrimp with raspberry sauce are my two favorite main dishes.
Their spinach artichoke dip is a great starter. The Chocolate Mess is my favorite finisher for dessert!
This location is clean with fast, friendly service and excellent food quality.
We come here often and would recommend it as both family friendly and date night worthy.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Scott G.Harrison, AR163210155Mar 3, 2024Updated review
Good as usual. I love their ultimate jumbalaya pasta. Their bread is also great. Service was tremendous.

Hi Scott,
Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. I'm concerned in reading your comments and would love to discuss with your further. It is unclear if you made mention to your server or the Manager on Duty so we could have had the opportunity to take care of you while you were dining in our restaurant. Things certainly can happen and sounds like we just dropped the ball on the preparation of your catfish dinner. I have already addressed your concerns with our grill cooks.
Please send me a direct message sblanchard@marketplacegrill.com. I really want the opportunity to earn your business back.
What you described is not a typical reflection of our service and offerings and we apologize for this most recent experience. I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Sandy B.Nov 8, 2020Previous reviewNormally love this place but had the Cajun grilled catfish and it was not quite done and just caked with seasoning to the point it would gag you.
Everything else was really good as normal.
Their honey mustard salad dressing is the best I've ever had anywhere. - photon l.Springdale, AR0191Apr 27, 2024
Ah, a Springdale Classic. I haven't' been back in a long time, but our family always liked this place and one of my family likes the Boom Boom Shrimp. The bread here is fantastic. Other than that i'm not a huge fan. The Chicken Tenders are my favorite, but its' just okay food really. The trouble is the wait. For some reason this has always been a place you have to get in early or you'll be waiting sometimes a LONG time. It's also kinda noisy but that doesn't really bother me.

I am okay with this place. I enjoy the atmosphere and service. The food even if I have tried quite some few and different seasons I just cannot find the taste the pleasure as to eat it or want to come back because I truly enjoy it. The way I feel about this food it's that Chili's is better than this. Out of my three times I've come it's been the soups the only thing I've enjoyed because of the bread that comes and now that feels truly warm, fresh and pleasant . The complaints are: they aren't warm enough, the American cheese just cuts the savory of the food and it seems to be on Every dish.

This is a family favorite of ours. I recommend the peach lemonade, the cheese grits - trust me! Try them, you will love them. The flaming cheese dip is a treat. Most meals come with delicious, buttery brThe sweet potato fries with dipping sauce could serve as a dessert, but save room because the REAL dessert needs to be their Chocolate Mess with peanut butter (the PB is optional) - it's a must!

Wish I could remember the names. But at waitress recommendation, I tried 1/2 orders of their version of bang bang shrimp and a garlic shrimp with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. All was good!!! Several burgers were ordered. As was a rack of ribs that was reports ot good.
We were a big table with 4 adults and 3 boys, stopping after several days of camping. I'm sure we smelt wonderful. Ha. The waitress was excellent. She kept up with 7 dehydrated people. Everyone enjoyed the food.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Rebecca U.Bloomington, CA028Apr 10, 2024

First, I must say that the service was very good. Friendly and attentive. Wonderful. The food was pretty good but tasted a bit like a chain restaurant - not super fresh ingredients. I ordered a combo dinner with chicken pasta, boom boom shrimp, grits and sweet potato fries. The boom boom shrimp was divine. Everything else was nice but again, tasted a bit institutional - like it came out of a frozen bag or can. Not bad at all. Just didn't blow my mind.
