Had Jarrod & Dylan from Mr. Sparky NWA visit the house to give me an estimate for a repair job. They were both extremely helpful and explained all aspects of the job, including the price breakdown and coordinated with me on electricity disruption so as not to interrupt my work day. They completed the job that same day and left everything as they found it. I will call on Mr. Sparky again when I need electrical help.

NEVER use this company, they charge double or triple what it should take. They removed and replaced 1 box and 3 breakers, no wires had to be ran. The parts are around $600 on the high end. 2 guys were there for 2 hrs. The bill was $3700, that's around $750 hr.

Toby- I'm sorry we did not explain our system to you better. Our number one core value at Mister Sparky is to make it safe. We will not do work of any kind without first doing a safety inspection to make sure we understand the health of the electrical in your home. This will assure that when we repair something it will not create another issue down the line for the homeowner later or even worse that could make the home unsafe. We always go over this with the homeowner so that if there is any issue large or small you will be aware of it before we leave. This is a service to you and not an up sale, not only to make you fully aware of the health of your electrical system but so we stay true to our core value to always "Make It Safe". This could have been a three star review, but when the "electrician" was installing my fan, he dropped it and damaged the motor housing. He did go and replace it with a substantially worse quality one, so there is that. About the actual work they do... I have had them work on two different houses. I have no issues with the pure electrical work they do, we actually had a breaker that was tripping frequently and have had little to no issues since they did their work. The supplies they use for any extra services are not fit for a landfill, much less your home. If they try to get you to have a smoke detector system installed, just have them do the wiring and buy your own to put in. In the first house, after three months, the system began having issues and going off every night in the middle of the night. We called and they came the next day and said the main one was bad and replaced it. Three months later, same thing. Ripping all of your smoke detectors down at 2 a.m. is not the most fun thing to be doing at that time. We installed some nest smoke detectors in their place over a year ago and have not had an issue since. When they came out to replace the very outdated box and outlets in my mother's house, they asked if we wanted the smoke detectors in that one too. I said absolutely not, they are garbage. The "electrician" said that they had received a bad shipment and had to replace nearly all of the ones they had installed, but the new ones worked perfectly. Unsurprisingly at 2:30 a.m. I was forced to rip out those detectors as well. We will not be using them again.
Side note: If you use them, take their gold plan to save money upfront, but don't believe they will follow up with any of the maintenance. Still waiting after three years for that benefit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We are so sorry for the experience that you had with our company. We can only
respond with a very sincere, "We Are So Very Sorry". This is not how we do
business on a day to day basis. Your time is very important to us and we take
that very seriously. This is why we call you before we send our electricians out,
so that you have a more precise time of their arrival. We also send them in a fully
stocked van so that the job can get done right then and there so that we won't
have to take time going to the parts store, taking longer to finish the job. We
strive to be better and more efficient for our customers everyday. So failure in
doing this for you is very upsetting to us as a company, and we are addressing
this incident so that this kind of customer experience doesn't ever happen again.

The service in Springdale location is horrible. My husband made an online appointment. He received a reply back yet no one ever showed up or called him. He then tried to call for days to be met with a busy signal non stop. Apparently they have enough business that they don't need new customers. They could at least called us.
