Springdale Flower Shop

I wasn't able to be with my parents for Christmas as they are out of town visiting relatives - I wanted to send them a gift, but they don't need any more knick·knacks that they just have to pack in a suitcase to bring home. So I decided to send them flowers! My mom loves flowers and arrangements and the bright colors and arrangement will brighten their holiday. I phoned Springdale Flower Shop and the receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. The arrangement was delivered on-time, same day. My mom is thrilled and the floral arrangement looks bright, fresh, festive and sparkly. I am grateful as my mom and dad are thrilled! Thank you so much!

I hope the plant I just ordered and paid for is beautiful! If it is I will up my review to 4 stars. I only called this florist because it is near the funeral home where the plant is being delivered. I was shocked at a $11.00 delivery fee. I wouldn't use them again for that reason alone, I was just in dire straights due to time and distance and needed it done.

Highly recommend! I was gifted a bouquet of flowers from a friend after the birth of my daughter. They were delivered to my house first thing in the morning and Lisa lightly knocked and sent me a text instead of ringing the doorbell since she didn't want to wake the baby! So considerate AND the flowers were stunning. They didn't start to wilt for at least 6 days. Wish I had a photo!

New to the area. I received these flowers for my birthday from my out of town sister. I would be very proud if I had sent these to her. They were perfect. Thank you. I am very fussy.

Ordering a plant from out of state, I received such a disappointing buyiug experience with Springdale Flower Shop.

I placed my order online to then receive a call that my order could not be fulfilled because the plant was not available. I tried to cancel my order to learn that it would be 3 days before I would be refunded my money.

So, I found a replacement plant to be delivered.

At 5pm, I called to check the status because the plant had not been delivered yet. The shop personnel spoke to the driver, whom I could overhear him say that he had delivered it already. So, I call the recipient who confirmed no plant had been delivered.

Finally - later that evening, the plant did deliver and the female driver said that she had it all afternoon and just made it to the delivery stop.

Someone at the shop or the driver was not telling the accurate story of what was going on. I will not be ordering long-distance floral deliveries from this 2-star flower shop again.

I was not pleased with the service or the arrangement my mother recieved from Springdale florist. I placed my online order a week before and when I called to confirm the day of they had trouble locating it. The Sweet Pink Mystique arrangement described online was nothing compared to what was delivered. It looked like it was thrown together. It had way too many alstroemerias which was not a filler listed in the description. It did not have any hot pink roses and the shop did not substitute for any other color of roses. When I called to address the issue, the employee advised not to purchase from the website because it was not accurate at all and for future orders to call the shop to place the order.
So then why have online ordering? I appreciate that they addressed my concern and are willing to refund 25% of the cost. However, I don't think that justifies the $70 cost of the arrangement. I will not recommend this florist to others especially to those who order online.

They are quick about there delivery and great prices! They always call ahead just to let you know there on there way and I love that you can something as a surprise, and you don't have to tell the person about it. They have great staff as well and a variety of flowers and roses.

My order was delivered the day after it was supposed to be (even though I ordered within the time frame for same day delivery) and the woman who called me to confirm if I was home for delivery was rude. I explained that the woman I ordered them for was home ill and should be there. She was very rude in her tone and acted like I was inconveniencing her. They are a gift, I wouldn't call the recipient to be sure she's home when it's supposed to be a surprise. Good grief. I'll order elsewhere next time.

We needed a floral arrangement for my mother's funeral on a Monday, and forgot this very important detail until the Sunday night before the service. My sister and I went to Springdale Flower Shop at 8am (when they opened), and they were able to create and deliver a beautiful funeral arrangement by 1pm. Great customer service and very talented florist. I will call them direct for future flower needs in Springdale.
