Springdale Tire & Service

I use to bring my vehicles here when they needed fixed,not anymore last time I took my truck here it took them 2 weeks to fix a heating problem,then it went out again. I took it to another place and found out they had stuck cigarette butts in a hose that had clogged all air flow. WTH I guess this is why there still in business? To keep messing ur vehicle up never will I come here again!!!! What a joke I even turned them into the city for messing up my truck. But you no how that goes

We have been going to Springdale Tire for 15+ years and I just can't say enough good things about their amazing, knowledgeable and honest service. They have never tried to "create" work but in many instances have helped solve my problems over the phone, thus saving me towing costs and as in yesterday's example...my completely useless unstartable car issue was solved by Tim taking his time to talk through the problem and offer suggestions of how I could could fix it myself....which worked! I believe most shops would have given me the number of a towing company....saying "Let's just get it here in the shop." The late father of this family run business once told me after a "scare tactic" was used at a dealership in an attempt to gain my business and money (but i opted to dare drive it with white knuckles to my trusted mechanics at Springdale Tire instead).... Dick looked at the "life threatening" problem and said...."There's enough honest business to be had, I don't know why anyone would lie to get business." Thank you yet again Springdale Tire for years of being our family's most trusted mechanic and tire service. You are the BEST in our book!!
