Stroope Orthodontics

Had my first visit with Dr. Stroope today for a consultation, and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I was helped right away by reception, then immediately pulled back for imaging. After imagining, I was immediately back in the exam room with Yvonne, who was super friendly and uber knowledgeable about different methods of treatment. Dr. Stroope had a great bedside manner, and seemed very kind and competent. She listened to my questions and concerns, and customized a treatment plan to fit my needs. The whole process was fast, painless, and easy; I look forward to my future appointments at this facility.

Only have great things to say about Dr. Brittany Stroope! Amazing clinician, great team, beautiful office, and Ritz-Carlton patient care. I highly recommend her office for all your orthodontic needs!

After being told by the Farmington , AR. office they would call us for our next appointment and being never called we finally called them and made an appointment. They called us from the Farmington office to verify and when we showed up they told us we were supposed to be at the Springdale office and called them and told them we were on the way. We get there and when they took us back the procedure room the girl was griping at us saying we missed several appointments which we hadn't. We explained what happened about them never calling and she went off on us for being bad parents by not calling sooner etc... after several rounds back and fourth her getting more mad and rude She said do you want to the office manager and my wife said yes. She stopped working on my daughter and snapped back I'll just take you right now! and stomped off with my wife following. The office manager was a nice lady and tried to make it better saying she couldn't see the notes and it wasn't our fault. Then they said they would call us to set up more appointments .. A few days later we got home late and there was a message to call them about the appointments. The next day the neighbor cutting a tree knocked our phone out. We got it fixed about 4pm and My wife called and the lady told her she had tried to call twice and put it in our record that we wouldn't answer. I was going to just let the first time go but a second unprofessional person in two times in a row I can't personally recommend them and am deeply saddened by that.
