Sturdivant's Heating & Air Conditioning

We switched to Sturdivant's a couple of years ago after not being really happy with the previous Heating & Air company that we used. I've been 100% satisfied with their service and timing. We have had them out for multiple service calls and, in one case, they found and fixed a leak issue that was missed by the old company we had been using. I really appreciate a local family-owned business that I can trust.

I have a brand-new home with a warranty issue. I called to make an appointment and was given an appointment the very next day at 2 PM. When the lady found out it was possibly a warranty issue she canceled my appointment and told me that warranties were 2 to 3 weeks out. Through a little persistence I was able to get them to come out and look at the problem earlier than expected. They were suppose to get back to me with a plan to correct the problem. It is now been over a month and I have not heard back from them. Obviously a customer who has already paid is not important to Sturdivant's. I will cut my losses here and use a company that I can trust and appreciates their customers!

Used them for over 25 years, when it was just the owner doing the work it was great. Then in the later years he hired out for help , and that's when the trouble began, I have a rent house, they kept coming in for the same call over an over, I would pay the high bill they charged the problem would not be fixed, after the fifth time I called, I met with the service guy to stand over him and watch, he was just going to band aid the issue again, but since the owner ME was there I told him, listen you must dig deeper into this, and he did, and WE found the issue, he had to go back to shop and make a new pan for my unit, I Had a very large HOLE that they would have found, if they had been doing the job they were getting paid too. They are way over priced there workers do shady work, but you will get billed for it . Never will I ever recommend them, with any heat and air company, just know that if they are driving around in fancy trucks,you are going to pay big bucks for their service, find the small guy, they do much better work anyway, they have pride in their work.
